2Qualifications
You may be required to provide certified certificates to confirm your qualifications.
If you are not in possession of your original certificates, the examining board should be able to provide certified copies or a certified statement of results.
Your school, college, university or the Department for Education should be able to assist in determining the examining board you should contact.

3Will MNA cover the expense of me attending an assessment?
Unfortunately, MNA is unable to reimburse any traveling costs.
4Can residents overseas apply for SA roles?
We are unable to employ anyone who does not have the legal right to live and work in the SA.

Candidates will be sent an email advising the outcome of your application

7What will I be asked to do in my assessment?
The assessments vary depending on the role you have applied for. The assessments we typically use are described in Preparing for Your Assessment page. Details of the assessment we'll be asking you to carry out will be given in your invitation email.
8When will I find out if I've been successful?
As soon as we can but depending on the role this may be very quickly or we may need to take a bit longer reaching our decision but we always let a candidate know if they've been successful or not.
9Can I have feedback if I've been unsuccessful?
Unfortunately, due to the high volumes of applications we are unable to provide candidates with personal feedback.
10The job I was unsuccessful for has been re-advertised can I re-apply for it?
You may apply for other vacancies at any time. Once you have registered with MNA and have built a relationship with one of our consultants, you have direct contact to us at any time. You will also be active as a job-seeker on our comprehensive candidate management database, and will most likely be contacted by one the MNA consultants for any new positions suited to your qualifications and experience.
